Companion portraits are not in there. There is a folder. Right now the only way is to hack into the savegame files, which is pretty volatile if you don't know exactly what you're doing. I'd wait for a quick and dirty savegame editor if you don't know HEX - There was one in beta so it's only a matter of time before it's updated for Release data.
